Overview

VIDAS® Parathyroid Hormone (1-84)

VIDAS® PTH 3rd generation is essential for the diagnosis of hyper- or hypocalcemia / hyper- and hypoparathyroidism and the diagnosis and monitoring of chronic kidney diseases.

VIDAS® Vitamin D

It is well known that Vitamin D de­ficiency during childhood can cause growth retardation and bone diseases. In adults it can precipitate or exacerbate osteopenia and osteoporosis and increase the risk of fracture. Vitamin D can also play a role in decreasing the risk of many chronic illnesses, including common cancers, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cardiovascular diseases.

  • Detection of both vitamin D2 and D3 for reliable results.
  • Strong correlation with LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry.
  • No pretreatment sample, all reagents included in the kit.
