Streamlined mRNA Vaccine Characterization with the VaxArray Platform
In this webinar, Dr. Lacey will showcase the utility of the VaxArray platform throughout mRNA vaccine development. He will specifically focus on off-the-shelf VaxArray assays including the recently released 5’ CapQ Assay for assessing mRNA integrity as well as the OmniFlu HA/NA Assay for multiplexed analysis of expressed influenza antigens. Additionally, he will highlight the essential role that Sino Biological plays in ensuring that InDevR has the most up-to-date and effective reagents for testing and updating VaxArray assays.
The emergence of mRNA vaccines has necessitated the development of a new suite of analytical techniques for characterizing mRNA critical quality attributes. Conventional techniques such as HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, ELISA, and flow cytometry can offer analytical solutions for mRNA-based vaccine development, though these approaches often pose challenges in terms of complexity, time consumption, and resource requirements. InDevR's VaxArray® platform addresses many of these limitations providing solutions for simplifying and streamlining mRNA vaccine analytics.
The VaxArray platform is a multiplexed, microarray-based technology that delivers a one-stop solution for characterizing mRNA constructs, measuring in vitro protein expression post-transfection of mRNA vaccine constructs, and assessing immunological responses to mRNA vaccines. With the VaxArray platform, InDevR offers off-the-shelf, multiplexed assay kits alongside user-friendly instrumentation and data analysis tools that facilitate rapid sample processing. Additionally, InDevR’s Expert Services offers custom assay development for a wide variety of customer-specific applications, ensuring the same high standards of quality and manufacturing as off-the-shelf counterparts.
