"If you have good testing at the end, nothing goes out to the market that will be wrong, but if your prevention fails and you detect it, then it goes into waste, and won’t enter the market. Our promise is always to work on prevention. We don't want waste in our plants, but we have a very robust sampling plan and a lot of methods that we use to test different parameters or attributes of the food that we release."
