DETECTION OF Salmonella Enteritidis & Salmonella Typhimurium

The GENE-UP® S. Enteritidis and S. Typhimurium kit is a real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) assay for the detection of Salmonella Enteritidis and Salmonella Typhimurium in food.

GENE-UP® SE/ST is a multiplex kit that is AOAC validated and differentiates between Salmonella Enteritidis and Salmonella Typhimurium. This kit is used primarily for poultry and pork meat products, eggs, environmental samples, and primary production samples. Protocols are also harmonized with GENE-UP® Salmonella (SLM2), which can be used on all food products and production environmental samples.
