Safety & well-being
We actively promote the health, safety and quality of life at work of our team members every single day.
Whatever our roles and responsibilities, we adopt best practices to reduce the risks associated with the activities carried out at our sites, industrial production areas, R&D laboratories and offices. We are constantly working to take our safety culture to the next level and become a Safety role-model Company, expanding our HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) policy and launching new safety programs to divide by 2 the number of lost-day incident rate (0.6 in 2025 compared to 1.3 in 2021). In 2023, 80% of our main industrial sites were ISO 45001 certified.
Protecting our people’s health is a key priority. All our team members are covered by health insurance. We also regularly organize actions to raise awareness on public health issues (such as antibiotic resistance), offer fitness sessions to our manufacturing teams and support our team members’ mental health, giving them free access to psychologists support through specialized platforms.
We are also committed to reimagining the way we work to create a culture that inspires and empowers. Drawing from the first union agreements signed in France on quality of life at work, we are building an environment where our people find meaning in their job and can unleash their full potential.
That is why we are focused on promoting a better balance between team members’ professional and personal lives (home office, support for family careers…), creating new spaces that favor discussion and collaboration, and equipping managers with the tools they need to help their teams thrive at work.
